STUDIOS I & II

Performance Dance houses two beautifully renovated rental studios available seven days a week. They are clean, well lit, ventilated and have unobstructed wooden floors with marley especially built for dancing in either bare feet or dance footwear. High appointed ceilings make for robust sound, and basic concert lighting is hung in Studio I.

The facility is air conditioned in the summer, and fully heated in the winter.  A changing room, drinking water, restrooms and a waiting area are on-site.  Office and reception area are available to the potential user as well.  

RENTAL STUDIO I DETAILS:
Larger studio (25'x37')
Skylight, stereo system, and floor to ceiling mirrors, and one wall of windows
Basic concert lighting
Room fully lined with practice barres
Performance seating capacity of approximately 75

Cost:  Studio I is $30.00 per hour.
Concert space rental/$400 for an evening performance.  Use of front desk reception area included in concert rental.

RENTAL STUDIO II DETAILS:
Studio (20'x30')
Skylight, stereo system, and floor to ceiling mirrors
Room fully lined with practice barres
Seating capacity of approximately 50

Cost:  Studio II is $25.00 per hour.
