Kung Fu(Martial Arts) has long been known as a means to build up health, fitness, cure disease, prolong life, temper fighting skills and character and wills.  The martial arts classes provide an opportunity to learn authentic Chinese Martial Arts, both in traditional and contemporary forms and with different weapons from the instructor Master Jack who is considered a unique force in Kung Fu.
